Formerly two cottages. Mid C18. Coursed rubble. Pyramidal pantile roof with single red brick ridge stack. Three storeys, four bays. Set on a plinth. Two central doorways with wooden doors and plain surrounds, flanked by single small glazing bar sashes. Two similar sashes to both first and second floors. Those on the second floor have smaller panes and lack glazing. There a two round tie plates above the ground floor with four above the first floor. To the right is a coursed rubble and pantile lean-to with two doorways with wooden doors. Behind is a single storey two bay red brick and pantile extension.
