Terrace house with shop. Early C20, probably refronting of late C18 house. Red
brick with plentiful painted stone or stucco dressings, slate roof. Commercial
Free Style features. 4 storeys. 3 windows wide. Altered early C20 shop front
with cornice and cast iron balcony from which rises full width segmental arched,
quadripartite upper display window. 2nd and 3rd floors have plate glass sashes
recessed in moulded architraves. Cornice and parapet with coping. Included for
group value only.
