--3-- One of the Belvoir Angels Headstones by a local craftsman. Rectangular with 2 round-faced winged angels and raised letters. The Year (17) 25 is given between the angels wings, twice, and in the heart shaped surround between them -In the year of our Lord 25-. Here lyeth the body of John Smith of Cropwel who died Dec the 23rd in the 74 year of his age. Poem: This worlds a city full of crooked streets/ Death is the market place where all men meets/ If life were Merchandise that men could buy/ The rich would often live and poor men die.
