Early C20 range of almshouses. 2 storeys, 7 bays in all. Projecting centre and
end bays under gables; and Tudor arched ground floor recessed loggia in inner bays,
Slated roof. Red brick with stone dressings, 2- and 3-light casement windows with
stone mullions and surrounds. Hoodmoulds to open arches. Wider central bay, of
chapel-like appearance, has large traceried window in Tudor style. Beneath it
a plaque inscribed WEST HACKNEY HOUSE.
