WILLINGTON STREET 1. 5278 (West Side) Willington Place TQ 75 SE 11/149 30.7.51. II*

2. C15 timber-framed house restored. 2 storeys and attics. Tiled roof with one gabled dormer. Gable in the centre of the front. To the right of it is a section of 2 storeys which overhangs on the 1st floor on the protruding ends of the floor joists. The outer window bay has curved braces. to the left of the gable is a recess of 1 window bay with a curved brace on the 1st floor and a projecting beam aand bracket supporting the eaves. Modern gabled timbered porch below. Then another window bay with the 1st floor jettied on the protruding ends of the floor joists and curved brace. 5 casement windows, some with small square leaded panes. Stone chimney breast on the north wall and a small brick and stone one on the south wall.
