Outbuilding, probably a kitchen or brewhouse. C18. Squared coursed limestone
with slate roof. One-unit plan. Single storey, originally with loft. Gable end
is a one-window range with casement under wood lintel at ground floor and
blocked opening to left, also with wood lintel, 6-panel door, with glazed
toplights, under wood lintel, to right. Brick stack at end. Interior; open
fireplace with bressumer and some C18 roof structure. Included for group value
