House. c1840s. Stuccoed, probably over brick; gabled slate
roof with wide twin bracketted eaves and rendered end stacks.
Double-depth plan, with entry to left-hand gable. 2 storeys.
Symmetrical 2-window front to Fore Street has 8/8-pane sashes set
in moulded architraves and a tented verandah supported on cast-
iron columns. Flat-roofed early C20 dormers. Similar sashes to
rear elevation, which has dentilled eaves. Interior noted as
having original staircase (balusters removed) and enriched
plasterwork.
