C18, two storey, plastered, one sash window at each floor with glazing bars. Four-panel door, left, with wood case. Pantiles. One storey wing, left, brick limewashed with pantiled roof and small casement. Timber framed.

The Old Almshouses, No 1 Church Farm Lane and Nos 14 to 17 (consec) form a group in a very important position opposite Church of St Mary.
