Documented (possession of owner, to 1508) house. C15 timber frame of one storey,
laterally divided in C16 with tusked joist protruding in south-east bay. Plastered
and with ridged and thatched roof with 2 red brick chimneys, one near centre
and other at east end. Front door filleted. Existing windows paned casements
- 3 to north ground elevation. A gabled dormer to street frontage. Extended
toward street on right end by a ridged and thatched range of one storey with
a red brick chimney and a filleted plank door and one casement.
