Circa 1805. Originally a 3 storey red brick pair making a 5 window front with
two standard type patent stone doorways in centre. Recessed round-headed ground
floor windows, balcony to 1st floor. Glazing bars have been removed and a later
2nd floor balcony added detracting from its character. Modern doors. Modillion
cornice. Parapet, slate roof with three dormers.
Nos 27 to 37(odd) form a group.
