Detached farmhouse. C17. Local grey lias stone cut and squared, ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof to steep slope with plain gables; brick chimney stacks. Two storeys with attic, 4 bays. Hollow chamfer mullioned windows in slight recesss,
no labels, of 3, 3, 2 and 2-lights above and 3, 4 and 3 lights below: to lower bay 3 a moulded cambered arched doorway with studded boarded door, under deep lintol with square label. Interior not seen.
