Circa 1823 and earlier - house of complex plan. The front building in gault brick
with 4 pilasters and a range of 5 windows on the first storey, hornless sashes
3 panes over 6. Ionic portico of stucco central to ground storey with a pair
of 6 over 6 pane sashes to left and right. Eaves to hipped slate-clad roofs and
5 gault chimney stacks. Front doors a pair, with 4 fielded panels each. Ranges
at the rear produce a U-plan, that on the west being of C18 red brick. A window
lintel in the front building is dated 1823.
