C15/16. House on H-plan framed in timber. Two storeys with 2 formerly jettied
crosswings both underbuilt in brick - now painted. Wing roofs hipped at rear,
hall roof raised with its ridge now higher than those of the wings. All roofs
pegtiled. Main chimney stack of red brick against west crosswing. First storey
now has a range of 4 sets of 3 casements, 3 matching sets on ground storey with
front door against east wing. Some 8 pane casements on the west end. (RCHM 23).
