NELSON PLACE 1. 5283 (North East Side) BROADSTAIRS No 14 TR 3968 SE 2/131 II

2. Early C18 and later. 2 storeys and attics flint-faced. Buff brick dressings. Parapet and stone coping. Slate roof with double dormer. 2 cambered sashes with glazing bars intact. The ground floor has 2 pointed headed windows and 1 pointed headed doorcase with porch. The left side elevation has a tumbled in gable but the roof level has been altered later, probably in the mid C19.
