House. Mid C19. Limestone ashlar, slate roof with coping and
moulded ashlar stacks to gable ends. Double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. 8/8-pane sash
windows. Cornice, blocking course, pilasters, eaves and
1st-floor bands. Steps up to a Tuscan prostyle portico over
6-panel door glazed to the top and 4-pane overlight.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: the front garden is enclosed by a squared
and coursed limestone rubble wall with piers to the centre and
corners; these have cornices and shallow pyramidal caps.
