House. C17, refenestrated mid C19. Rendered brick with
exterior gable stacks and a tiled roof.
PLAN: 2-room.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic; 4-window range. Rusticated
quoins and a moulded brick eaves cornice, right-of-centre
doorway has pilasters to a bracketed cornice and 6-panel door,
and the windows have mid C19 flat architraves, sill blocks and
bracketed cornices to 2/2-pane sashes with margin panes. 4
gabled dormers with casements. A single-storey service range
extends along the rear.
INTERIOR: a large hall with a C19 right-hand stair with
curtail and stick balusters.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached front garden wall with capped
piers.
