House. Early C19. Brick with stone dressings, painted brick
rear lateral stacks, and a mansard tiled roof.
PLAN: double-depth.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and basement; 1-bay range. The raised
ground-floor over a rendered basement has flat-arched
left-hand doorway with steps up, rectangular overlight and C20
door. 3-light 2-storey canted bay has central 6/6 and outer
4/4-pane sashes, and a raised second floor with a coped
parapet and a 6/6-pane sash.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached front step iron railings.
Included for group value as part of a varied terrace of early
C19 houses.
