GV II

House. C18 altered C19 and mid C20. Timber-framed and
plastered, ground floor underbuilt in brown stock brick,
Flemish Bond, (formerly stuccoed), Welsh slated roof.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 4-bay front. First floor has four
windows, 1 flush-set-pane sash with architrave surround,
second bay from right (above door), remainder renewed as small
paned wood casements. Second floor with 3 flush-set 12-pane
sashes; ground floor with carriageway at left, now closed by
C20 4-leaf boarded garage doors with glazed upper quarters,
2-sash windows, 1 left of door with 16 panes, 1 to right with
plain glazing; 6-panel door in wood lined reveal, with cornice
hood on cut profiled double brackets. Rear fenestration much
changed, but retains door in moulded architrave surround with
hood on cut profiled brackets.
INTERIOR: much altered.
Forms part of a significant street frontage range.
