Terrace of houses, subsequently part public house, now shops
and offices. Early C19, altered C20. Yellow brick, Flemish
bond, ground floor, timber-framed first floor, plastered,
pebbledashed and painted. Welsh slated roof, tall chimney on
ridge of Nos 45 & 47, lower stacks at rear of Nos 49-53.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. First floor has 6 flush-set sash windows
with architrave surrounds, two 20-pane on No.45, squatter with
fewer panes on remainder. Ground floor has 4 timber shop
windows with moulded mullions and transoms, glazed doors to
Nos 45 & 47, No.51 has 6-panel door beneath slim 2-light
fanlight, flat weatherboard heads above shop windows and
doors, with cut profiled bracket supports.
