Shop with residence above. Early to mid C19. Timber-framed and
plastered with weatherboarded upper sides and yellow brick
rear outshoot. Welsh slated roof with yellow brick chimney
with oversailing course and terracotta pots.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 1st and 2nd floors have nearly flush-set
sash windows with glazing bars and architrave surrounds.
Ground floor has mid C19 shopfront with arcaded triple light
display window above later brown glazed brick stallriser.
Glazed door at left with arcaded consoles supporting fascia.
INTERIOR: ground floor opened out as single trading area,
simple cast-iron grates remain on upper floors, cellar with
access from external stair contains C19 cooking range.
