Former maltings, now dwellings. Mid C19, remodelled c1970.
Yellow brick, laid to English bond, Welsh slate covering to
kiln roof, the other roof areas covered with old tiles roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Long low range of maltings with kiln at
south end, first floor has C20 2-light wood casements inserted
in existing openings beneath 2 course header segmental arches.
Ground floor has C20 2-light casements and timber doors
alternating projecting corbel bands below eaves.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Millbridge Mews is approached beneath the carriageway of No.1
St Andrew Street (qv). Although remodelled, the maltings
preserves its external character.
