House with shop on curved corner site. Early C19. Painted
stucco, slate roof hipped to the left (north-west), rendered
stack to the right part wall, painted stone plinth and sills.
Double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; 3-window range with one window to
right-hand return to Wellington Street. One large 6/6-pane
sash window to the 1st floor of the Wellington Street facade
over a late C19 shop front with a moulded fascia curving and
continuing on the left return. It is flanked by moulded
pilasters with gabled tops; reeded colonnettes with Corinthian
caps to the plate-glass windows which have curved frames to
the upper corners. 3 windows to the left return, facing
north-east to The Triangle; 3/6-pane sash windows to the 2nd
floor, 6/6-pane sashes to the 1st floor and a continuation of
the late C19 shop front to the ground floor.
INTERIOR: not inspected; ground floor known to be altered.
