GV II

House. Late C18, re-roofed early C19. Painted stucco front,
C20 roughcast right return, hipped slate roof with a tall C20
brick stack to the right return. Double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Modillion
eaves cornice to the front, wide eaves to the right return. A
6-panel door under a hood on brackets (now filled in to form a
porch), is under a blind window and flanked by 6/6-pane sash
windows.
INTERIOR: the 3-bay roof retains the C18 rough collar-beam
trusses and the room to the ground-floor right has early C19
semi-elliptical recesses flanking the C20 fireplace.
