Attached outbuilding, now house. Late C17/early C18, altered
C20. Limestone rubble with brick ridge stacks and stone slate
roof. Single-depth plan.
Single-storey; windowless range to street. Right-hand doorway
with 6-panel door, a taller, later doorway to the left with a
C20 door. Straight joints from former windows to the left of
the central stack.
Rear elevation has inserted C20 windows.
INTERIOR: altered, the right-hand doorway gives on to inserted
C20 brick-walled rooms. The left-hand doorway gives on to a
stair down to a full-width 2-room cellar with a large
free-standing stack, thick battered walls and a rear 6/6-pane
sliding sash. Roof extends to No.89 and has truss with cut tie
beam, pegged collar and butt purlins, the rest largely rebuilt
C19.
