GV II

House. Early to mid C19. Painted roughcast with artificial
slate roof. 2 storeys, 2-window range. The windows are glazing
bar sashes with narrow painted stone surrounds and projecting
sills. Door to left bay under a glazed lean-to porch. Central
chimney, with limestone cap.
HISTORY: the house is shown, together with Kent's Bank House
(qv) on the 1st edition of the Six Inch Ordnance Survey map,
which was surveyed in the late 1840s.
