House. c1840 with later alterations. Rendered and colourwashed
brick; hipped roof of concrete pantiles with central gault
brick stack.
EXTERIOR: 3-storey 2-window front. Half-glazed door to right
of elevation and to left three 6/6 unhorned sashes. First
floor has two French windows which open on to full-width
balcony with cast-iron balustrade. French windows and ground
floor windows have louvred sliding shutters fixed beneath
square hoodmoulds. On second floor, two 6/6 unhorned sashes
have hoodmoulds of a width to contain shutters.
