GV II

Small house. Early C19. Painted killas rubble front with
timber lintels; asbestos slate hipped roof; brick end stacks.
2-room plan with central straight flight staircase. 2 storeys;
symmetrical 2-window front. Original 16-pane hornless sashes.
Central doorway with original 4-panel door; C20 lean-to porch
with 4-panel door on its right-hand side.
INTERIOR retains most of its original features including
panelled doors, some cupboard doors, staircase and simple
moulded ceiling joists. In the kitchen, on the right, is a
wooden fireplace surround probably for former late C19 range.
