Public house. Early C19. Textured stucco on studwork with
plain details; smooth-rendered rusticated quoins, jambs, sill
and lintel strings; dry slate roof with projecting eaves;
brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 1:2-window
range with original 12-pane and 16-pane hornless sashes.
Ground floor has keyed round arch to carriage entrance on the
left, otherwise full-width moulded entablature with fascia,
with left-hand return, over C20-remodelled transomed 4-light
double shop front with small panes below the transoms. House
doorway on the right with consoles over pilasters.
INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value.
