Pair of small town houses, now offices. Early/mid C19. Killas
rubble; scantle slate roof; brick end stacks forward of ridge.
Double-depth plan. 2 storeys plus attic over basement; overall
4-window range with narrower central windows over pair of
doorways. Shallow brick arches with key blocks over original
hornless sashes with glazing bars to 1st floor and basement.
Ground floor has doorways with slender fluted half-columns
surmounted by consoles to fascia with moulded cornice under
simple hood; C20 windows; wider window on the left. 3 hipped
dormers with horned 4/4-pane sashes. Rear has many original
hornless sashes with glazing bars. INTERIOR not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: wide granite steps and granite-coped
forecourt walls surmounted by iron railings.
