Shop premises. Early C19. Stucco with plain pilaster quoins and architraves, sill brackets and moulded eaves cornice; grouted scantle slate hipped roof at the front, asbestos slate at the rear; cast-iron ogee gutters; painted rubble at rear. Double-depth plan, projecting into the street at the front. 2 storeys; 3-window, 3-bay range. Original 16-pane hornless sashes. Ground floor has full-width moulded entablature, returned at the ends, over tetrastyle Doric arrangement with fluted columns with central columns closer; C20 shop front infill between columns. Rear has round-arched stair window, otherwise sashes with margin panes. INTERIOR not inspected. A notable example of an early C19 ground floor shop front articulated in Greek Revival style, similar to the Custom House, Arwenack Street (qv).
