Shop premises. Probably mid C19. Incised stucco on probable
masonry with rusticated quoins; asbestos slate roof with
2 hipped dormers; brick stack to left. Double-depth plan plus
deep rear wing. 3 storeys plus attic; 3-window range. Late C19
4-pane hornless sashes within moulded architraves. Ground
floor has full-width moulded cornice over wide 4-light late
C19 double shop front with splayed central doorway and house
doorway (right); end pilasters and consoles; C20 fascia, plate
glass and doors. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group
value.
