Pair of shops. Mid C19. Incised stucco on studwork with quoin
strips and moulded architraves; original scantle slate roof;
brick end stacks; 2 gabled dormers; cast-iron ogee gutter.
Double-depth plan plus rear wings. 3 storeys plus attics;
2-window range. Late C19 4-pane horned sashes. Ground floor
has recessed C20 shop fronts framed by late C19 moulded
entablature with consoles, fascia and fluted end pilasters of
former shop fronts. Rear is a symmetrical 3-window garden
front; painted rubble and original 12-pane hornless sashes.
