Two town houses with later shops. C18. Stucco on probable
rubble; steep asbestos slate roof; brick end stacks.
Double-depth plan including rear wings. 3 storeys; 4-window
range. Early C19 hornless sashes: 16-pane sashes to 1st floor;
sashes with margin panes to 2nd floor except 3rd from left
which is blind. Ground floor has altered late C19 shop front
on the left (No.21) with moulded cornice and basket-arched
heads to lights; other shop front late C20.
INTERIOR not inspected.
