Shop and dwelling. Late C18/early C19, with possibly earlier origins, and later alterations. Painted brick; old plain tiles; brick ridge stack to right. 3 storeys; 2-window range: late C19 2/2 sash under gauged brick flat arch and, at higher level to right, 6/6 sash in timber frame; late C19 2/2 sash; brick modillion eaves. Early C20 shop front with glazed and panelled door in panelled reveals to left, and canted window with chamfered glazing shafts; fascia-board and moulded hood, on panelled pilasters; to right, carriageway to rear, under segmental arch. Rear: rendered wing with two C19 casements. INTERIOR not inspected.
