GV II

Inn. C16, with later additions. Timber-frame and plaster;
plain tile roof with gable to street and hip to rear wing;
tall brick stack to left.
2 storeys and attic; 2-window range: 2- and 3-light casements
in roughcast panel, to right under jetty with stop-moulded
bressumer; 2-light casement to gable, over shallow modillioned
bressumer; carved and modillioned barge-boards with pendant.
Late C19 brick outshut with half-glazed 2-panel door, flanked
by canted bay with 1/1: 2/2: 1/1 sashes, and square bay with
2/2 sash; plank door to left; slate pentice roof with
wrought-iron balcony and screen overall. Left returned side:
timber-frame and plaster; stable-door. Rear wing with early
C20 4-panel door and lights; 10/10 sash and cross-window under
simple hoods, to rear. Further C19 and earlier wings.
INTERIOR not inspected.
