Houses. c1838. Stucco, rusticated to ground floor;
shallow-pitched hipped Welsh slate roof; brick end stacks and
central ridge stack.
2 storeys and cellar; 4-window range: 6/6 sashes, flanking
blind openings, in moulded stucco architraves; plastered
soffits. Central entrances: part-glazed 8-moulded-panel doors
in panelled reveals, in simple wood doorcases; flanked by 6/6
sashes. Incised pilasters; roof of former verandah on wood
brackets. Returned sides and rear of brick. Tablet to right
returned side: "Buckfield Place. Erigebatur AD 1838. J P
Roberts". Rear: 3/6 sashes; 6/6 sashes; two C20 8/12 sashes;
two C20 half-glazed doors. INTERIORS not inspected.
