Cottage. Late C16/early C17. Probably built as cottage, with
varying subsequent uses, now cottage, with later hop kiln to
east gable. Timber-frame and render; rubble ground floor to
west bays; Welsh slate roof; C20 brick stack to rear lean-to.
2 storeys; 4-window range: C20 2-light casements and, to left,
C20 3/6 sash. Early C19 hop kiln to right: brick with plain
tile roof; louvred opening over blocked opening, under brick
segmental arches; weatherboarded projection and C20 lightwell
over cottage gable; hop drying floor in situ. Rear: gable
wing; weatherboarded lean-to with two C20 doors; various C20
lights. INTERIOR not inspected.
