Lodge, now house. c1860. Red and yellow brick, with blue brick
and ashlar dressings. Steep pitched hipped plain tile roof
with large brick ridge stack. Blue brick plinth, polychrome
bands, moulded eaves. 2 storeys, single bay. Entrance front,
to Woodside Road, has a projecting central bay with coped
gable and finial, and corbelled angled corners. Central
round-arched board door, and a round-arched window above. On
each side, 2 small round-arched windows.
Left return, to Derby Road, has a hipped central projection
with a single window, and a quatrefoil above. To left, a
2-light window with stone mullion.
