2 houses, now offices, and attached area railings. Mid C19,
restored late C20. Red brick, with rendered basement, painted
ashlar and stucco dressings and slate roof with 2 brick gable
stacks. First floor sill band, renewed wooden modillion eaves
cornice. 3 storeys plus basement and attics; 4 window range.
Windows are mainly original 12-pane sashes, all with moulded
architraves and bracketed sills. Second floor has 9-pane
sashes. Attics have 2 small pedimented dormers, late C20.
Central double porch with pilasters and entablature, with
moulded 4-panel doors and overlights. On each side, a single
window. Outside, cast-iron area railing on a rendered plinth.
