5 terraced houses, now offices, and attached area railings,
steps and gate piers. 1850-54. By TC Hine of Nottingham.
Restored late C20. Red brick, with painted ashlar dressings
and slate roofs with side wall stacks. Painted basements,
first floor sill band, 5 large Flemish gables with ball
finials. 3 storeys plus basement and attics; 10 window range.
Regular fenestration. Windows are mainly original 12-pane
sashes with bracketed sills and cornices. Attics have single
6-pane sashes. Moulded doorcases with cornices and trefoil
headed openings, with various doors. Door to No.13 altered to
a window. Outside, steps to each door, and panelled square
ashlar gate piers with ball finials and restored cast-iron
railings.
