Built c1870 in the Italianate style, with Doric pilasters dividing each floor into unequal bays. The ground floor pilasters are rusticated, and vermiculated at the base. The doorway on the left has a swag of foliage above it. Above each first floor sash window is a semicircular tympanum with a fluted design. To the right of the building, a wrought iron gate complete with frame. (Photo Sept 2014).
