Detached residential block to hall of residence (qv). 1957-59.
By Farquharson, McMorran & Whitby. Endowed by Cyril Thomas
Cripps. Buff brick, with ashlar dressings and hipped green
slate roofs with parapets. Renaissance Revival style. Windows
are mainly glazing bar sashes with brick flat arches.
Single rectangular block, 3 storeys, 10 windows. Regular
fenestration on each floor.
