Entrance Gates at Stamford House and George House

Entrance gate piers and gates. Late C18, restored late C20. Wrought iron.
A pair of open-work square iron gate piers decorated with curved iron scrolls and topped with further scrolls supporting a spear-head finial. Two wide central gates with plain half-spear alternating with tall spears with gilded spearheads. To left a short curved section of similar railings. To right another square gate pier and a small pedestrian gate with similar spear-head decoration.
