GV II

House. Early C19. Stucco and brick with shallow hipped Welsh
slate roof. 3-storeyed, 4-window range. Channelled stucco to
ground floor with 6-panelled door with traceried fanlight
recessed in round-arched architrave. Blind window to left of
doorway, and paired 12-pane sashes to the right. 12-pane sash
windows above, with flat-arched heads. Thin wood eaves
cornice.
