Detached farmhouse. C17. Local grey lias stone cut and Squared, Doulting stone dressings; Welsh slate roof over stone slate base courses between coped gables; ashlar chimney stacks with moulded caps. L-plan: 2-storeys with attic, 3-bay
east elevation. Ovolo mould mullioned windows with labels, 2-light above, 4-light lower bay 1 and 3-light lower bay 3: to lower bay 2 a boarded door in heavy frame under flat timber hood on shaped brackets. Return wing to rear in matching
style, partly 3 storeys, with further lean-to on west side. Interior not seen.
