House and cottage. Early C19.
Whitehall Dairy has a cement rendered front but rear of flint with red brick lacing courses. Slate roof with end rendered chimneystacks. Three storeys: three windows. Wide eaves cornice and band above ground floor. Second floor windows are 12-pane sashes, others are 16-pane sashes. Central round-headed doorcase with semi-circular fanlight and door with 6 fielded panels. The roof to the rear has a partial catslide so that the right hand side is of two storeys only. One 9-pane sash on each floor. C20 one storey wooden lean-to extension to rear.
Whitehall Cottage, attached to the north east, is of similar date but lower elevation. Cement rendered front but flint rear with slate roof and two tall brick chimneystacks on rear slope. Two storeys; two windows. Twelve-pane sashes with cambered head to ground floor windows. Central doorcase with cambered head and door with two glazed panels.
