Small house in a terrace. Early C19. Painted Flemish bond brick; asbestos slate roof; cast iron rainwater goods. Plan: Main range is one-room wide, double depth plus added scullery/washroom to rear. The front door is to the right with passage behind. Straight flight staircase rises axially behind front room. Chimneystacks to the right and the left. Exterior: 2-window front, 2-storeys high; eavesboard. Front entrance to the right with 6-panel door. Rectangular overlight with 2 vertical glazing bars; porch hood above supported by brackets. Bootscraper iron to the left. 12-pane hornless sash windows with flat arches throughout. INTERIOR: Rear wall of main range is part of St Nicholas's Priory (qv) chimneystack - red Heavitree stone. Part of a terrace row.
