Small cottage, one of disparate pair. Date stone over porch,
T/I M 1818. Coursed and squared stone, brick stack, slate
roof. Small 2-storey house attached to the E gable of No.152
(qv), with one 3-light C19 casement above 2 similar, all to
wood lintels with chamfered stopped soffit, and central
flush-panelled door in a glazed gabled porch. Slender but
lofty gable stack; beyond the end gable is a lower slated
gabled wing. Rear has a 4-pane sash in a flush half-dormer.
This roof slope is asbestos-cement slate.
