Wall enclosing stable yard, with piers. Late C18 or early C19.
Rubble, some dressed stone detail. A rubble wall rising to
approx 2.1m set symmetrically in front of the stable block to
Upwey House (qv), and with square piers to dressed stone
cappings and ball finials to a wide opening opposite the main
doors. The corners to the yard are rounded, and there is a
small door opening immediately adjoining the SE corner of the
stables.
