Once called Whitmore Vale Cottage. C18 2-storey cottage with masonry on 1st floor
slightly different, suggesting a one-storey early phase. Four later windows, the
2 inner ones very narrow, although the cottage is only 2 rooms and a bakehouse
in width. Malmstone rubble with quoins and dressings of varying red brick. Tiled
roof with right end chimney, and another chimney in blank rear wall. C19 casements
with stuccoed lintels; and late C19 tiled gabled porch.
